The purpose of training scientific-pedagogical staff of the highest category in the scientific specialty 5.2.6 Management is the formation of in-depth knowledge of management relations that arise in the process of development of national economy, theoretical and methodological principles, methods and ways of managing these systems, as well as institutional and infrastructural aspects of the development of economic systems.

The educational program includes scientific component aimed at preparing scientific publications and writing a thesis for the degree of candidate of science, which allows to form a theoretical base in the field of modern management technologies and industry specifics and consolidate professional skills during teaching practice; final assessment.

A feature of postgraduate training is the industry focus and the formation of systematic approach to solving management problems, the opportunity to participate in research projects on technological problems within the scientific specialty 5.2.6 "Management".

Persons with at least higher education (specialist or master's degree) are allowed to master postgraduate programs. The presence of publications in scientific journals indexed by international databases and the RSCI is welcome.
