The program trains specialists in fundamental and applied aspects of welding processes, combining deep theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Students study physicochemical fundamentals of weld formation, thermodynamics and kinetics of welding processes, as well as modern mathematical modeling methods. Special focus includes: • Theory of thermal processes in welding • Metallurgical phenomena in fusion zone • Structure and properties formation in welds • Deformations and stresses in welded structures The program includes experimental research using modern welding equipment with computer analysis systems.
