11.04.04_06Integrated Electronics and Microsystem Technologies

The program trains specialists in development and application of nanoelectronic components and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). Students study modern technologies for design and fabrication of nanoscale electronic devices, sensors and microsystems. Special attention is paid to molecular beam epitaxy, nanolithography and computer modeling of nanostructures. The program combines fundamental knowledge of solid state physics with practical skills in working with modern technological equipment.
