The program’s relevance stems from the demand for communication support in line with Russia’s national priority of implementing the National Technology Initiative (NTI). The NTI is a long-term state program aimed at creating new innovative markets and establishing Russia’s global technological leadership by 2035. Industry 4.0 represents the future world, for which we must prepare today. This program will train specialists in communication support for over 10 of Russia’s high-tech projects and developments within markets such as Neuronet, Technet, MariNet, and others. It focuses on preparing experts in strategic communications for corporations in the innovation sector, high-tech businesses, and «Factories of the Future.» The acquired professional competencies will include the ability for continuous knowledge renewal, learning, idea generation, constructive and critical thinking, and crucially — proactive actions in uncertain conditions. The role of a high-tech industry communicator is a profession of the future. Graduates will apply their skills in the most in-demand sectors of national economies, specifically: High-tech industrial sectors undergoing technological modernization and digital transformation; Industry 4.0, entirely shaped as digital within the ongoing global industrial revolution; Knowledge-intensive services, including engineering, consulting, and IT support.
